In rare cases where delivery becomes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Diam Beauty, including but not limited to inadequate courier services in the delivery area, inaccessibility of the delivery location, or force majeure events, we will promptly notify you of the inability to deliver and proceed with canceling your order. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to you.
