Complaint Window
All concerns must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for processing.

No Returns or Exchanges For:

  • Shade mismatch or personal dislike

  • Change of mind

  • Skin irritation or allergy (products are dermatologically tested)

  • Free gifts

  • Personal preference-related concerns

Unboxing Video – Mandatory for All Queries
A valid unboxing video is required for any request related to:

  • Damaged products

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect or wrong products

  • Non-functional items

  • Any return or exchange
    Requests without video evidence will not be entertained.

Returns & Exchanges
A ₹100 shipping & handling charge applies to all approved return/exchange requests.
This charge is waived only if the issue is:

  • Damaged product

  • Missing item

  • Incorrect/wrong product

  • Non-functional product
    …and is supported by an unboxing video.

  • If your pin code is not serviceable for pickup, you must ship the product to our warehouse.

We don't allow cancellations on PREPAID orders.

Refunds on COD Orders
COD refunds are processed as store credit only

Refunds & Timelines
Refunds apply only if:

  • Your order is not delivered within 15 working days from dispatch.

  • Refunds for prepaid orders are credited to your bank account within 3–5 working days after we receive your details.

  • Replacements/refunds take 7–10 working days post-approval.

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the delivery partner, and while we’re constantly following up, the timelines are not always within our control. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Kindly note that refunds cannot be processed for delayed deliveries, but rest assured your package is on its way to you.

Shipping & Fulfilment
Warehouse operates Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays/festivals).
Dispatch timelines:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 working days

  • Other cities: 5–7 working days

  • Preorders: 7–10 working days

Order Changes
Once your order is fulfilled, no changes to the delivery address or phone number will be accepted.
Product changes may be considered only if the order is not yet fulfilled.
